مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ ٤
From the evil of the retreating whisperer1 -
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 i.e., a devil who makes evil suggestions to man but disappears when one remembers Allāh.

Tafsir
“From the evils of Satan who whispers to the human when he is neglectful of the remembrance of Allah, or delays in it when he remembers.”
