وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٗۖ وَإِنَّهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ ١٢٢
And We gave him good in this world, and indeed, in the Hereafter he will be among the righteous.
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
Word by word Each word's meaning and sound
وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ And We gave him waātaynāhu فِي in fī ٱلدُّنۡيَا the world l-dun'yā حَسَنَةٗۖ good ḥasanatan وَإِنَّهُۥ and indeed, he wa-innahu فِي in fī ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ the Hereafter l-ākhirati لَمِنَ (he) will surely (be) among lamina ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ the righteous l-ṣāliḥīna Tafsir I gave him in this world prophethood, praiseworthy mention and pious children. In the afterlife he will be from the righteous for whom Allah has prepared the highest ranks in paradise.
