فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ ٨٢
And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
Translation: Saheeh International (English)

- فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَthen thosefa-ulāika

- ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ(are) the defiantly disobedientl-fāsiqūna
Tafsir
Whoever turns away after this promise witnessed by Allah and His messengers, they are the ones who leave the religion of Allah and His obedience.
