فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا ٣
And those who recite the message,1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 To the prophets or among themselves. Allāh (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) swears by these three kinds of angels to the fact mentioned in the following verse.

- فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِAnd those who recitefal-tāliyāti
- ذِكۡرًا(the) Messagedhik'ran

And I take an oath in the angels who recite the Qur’ān.
