وَلَا يَسۡتَثۡنُونَ ١٨
Without making exception.1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 i.e., without conceding that nothing can be accomplished unless Allāh wills, saying, "...if Allāh wills" ("in-shā’-Allāh"). See 18:23-24.
