Al-Haqqah 9

وَجَآءَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَمَن قَبۡلَهُۥ وَٱلۡمُؤۡتَفِكَٰتُ بِٱلۡخَاطِئَةِ ٩

And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities1 with sin.

Translation: Saheeh International (English)

1 Those to which Lot was sent (see 11:82-83) or generally, all cities which were destroyed due to their denial of a messenger from Allāh.

Tafsir

Pharaoh and the nations before him, and the communities that were punished by being turned upside down i.e. the people of Lot, all committed wrong acts in ascribing partners with Allah and sins.
