وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِفُرُوجِهِمۡ حَٰفِظُونَ ٢٩
And those who guard their private parts
Translation: Saheeh International (English)

- وَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whowa-alladhīna
- هُمۡ[they]hum
- لِفُرُوجِهِمۡtheir modestylifurūjihim
- حَٰفِظُونَ(are) guardiansḥāfiẓūna

And those who safeguard their private parts by concealing them and keeping them away from shameful acts.
