يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُزَّمِّلُ ١
O you who wraps himself [in clothing],1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 Allāh (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) addresses the Prophet (ﷺ), who was asleep, wrapped in his garments.

Tafsir
O you wrapped up in your clothes (i.e. the Prophet (peace be upon him)).
