وَٱلنَّٰشِرَٰتِ نَشۡرٗا ٣
And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
Translation: Saheeh International (English)

- وَٱلنَّٰشِرَٰتِAnd the ones that scatterwal-nāshirāti
- نَشۡرٗاfar and widenashran

And also on the winds that disperse the rain.
