ٱذۡهَبَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ ٤٣
Go, both of you, to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed.

Tafsir
Go to Pharaoh, for he has overstepped the bounds in disbelief and rebellion against Allah.
