وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ ١٩٨
And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 i.e., the non-Arabs or those who are not fluent in the Arabic language.
