As-Saffat 164

Ayah 164 of 182 · Meccan

وَمَا مِنَّآ إِلَّا لَهُۥ مَقَامٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ ١٦٤

[The angels say],1 "There is not among us any except that he has a known position.2

Translation: Saheeh International (English)

1 Refuting what the disbelievers had said about them.

2 For worship. Or "an assigned task" to perform.
