Az-Zukhruf 79

Ayah 79 of 89 · Meccan

أَمۡ أَبۡرَمُوٓاْ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّا مُبۡرِمُونَ ٧٩

Or have they devised [some] affair?1 But indeed, We are devising [a plan].

Translation: Saheeh International (English)

1 Conspiracy against the Prophet (ﷺ). The reference here is to the disbelievers of Makkah.

Tafsir

So, if they plot against the Prophet (peace be upon him) and hatch an evil plan against him, I will indeed, hatch a plan against them which will be greater than theirs.
