Adh-Dhariyat 53

Ayah 53 of 60 · Meccan

أَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِهِۦۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ طَاغُونَ ٥٣

Did they suggest it to them?1 Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people.

Translation: Saheeh International (English)

1 i.e., Did the former disbelievers pass on these words to the Makkans so that they repeat the same expressions?
