And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise,1 the Aware.2
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 Whose wisdom includes precise, perfect and absolute knowledge of all realities and outcomes, according to which He decrees and causes circumstances and occurrences.
2 Fully acquainted and familiar with every hidden thought, intent and condition of His servants.
He is the One Who is powerful and dominant and nothing can overpower or defeat Him: everything is subservient to Him. He is above His servants as His appropriate for Him, may He be glorified. His is the Wise in His creating, handling of matters and institution of laws. He is the Aware and nothing is hidden from Him.
