فَٱلسَّٰبِقَٰتِ سَبۡقٗا ٤
And those who race each other in a race1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 Racing to deliver the souls of the believers to Paradise.

And He also takes an oath on the angels who compete with one another to carry out the command of Allah.
