وَنَفۡسٖ وَمَا سَوَّىٰهَا ٧
And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 i.e., balanced and refined it, creating in it sound tendencies and consciousness.

Tafsir
He also takes an oath on each soul, with Allah having created it equally.
