ثُمَّ رَدَدۡنَٰهُ أَسۡفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ ٥
Then We return him to the lowest of the low,1
Translation: Saheeh International (English)
1 This can refer to the depths of Hell, to decrepit old age or to immorality.

Tafsir
Then I return him to old age and childishness in the world, so he cannot benefit fully from his body, when he ruins his nature and goes towards the hellfire.
