إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ٩٦
Indeed, those upon whom the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
