Ayah 59 of 135 · Meccan

قَالَ مَوۡعِدُكُمۡ يَوۡمُ ٱلزِّينَةِ وَأَن يُحۡشَرَ ٱلنَّاسُ ضُحٗى ٥٩

[Moses] said, "Your appointment is on the day of the festival when the people assemble at mid-morning."1

Translation: Saheeh International (English)

1 So that the signs of Allāh would be seen clearly.

Tafsir

Moses (peace be upon him) said to Pharaoh: The appointment between you and us will be on the day of the festival when people will gather to celebrate the festival in the morning.
